"Every time i have placed an order for this place is comes wrong/missing items/poorly packaged. My previous order they forgot half the items i ordered, this time they still didnt have some of the items in the bag, and had all 20 bonless wings (4 different flavors) all mixed together in 1 takeout container. It was horrendous trying to seperate them out and all the grease that piled at the bottom that some the wings were sitting in was gross. Wont be back again. Waste of money."

"Absolutely disgraceful franchise. I've ordered several times to make sure i was confident in my assessment of the this particular store. Employees are LAZY and absolutely disrespectful, food is subpar and they take foreverrrrrr. Food was improperly prepared and completely cold. Some of my food didn't even have the proper seasonings on them. I need the owners number immediately to rectify this situation or corporate will be contacted. This store should be ashamed of itself."
