"Lost my credit card. Went to bank just to be given a phone number to call. Had to spend an unnecessary amount of time talking with numerous people outside of this country to finally get my simple issue resolved. Silliness."

"Every time and I mean every time I go in here, there are maybe two tellers and you’ll wait forever. I came in today and the teller was so rude that I decided to just go to the ATM. You gotta tell me what credentials you need to access my account. Not just act like a bobble head, shrugging your shoulders. Listen, if you hate your job and people so much, I suggest changing jobs. Cannot wait to leave this bank. Was so much better before the merge."

"Giving this bank 1 star is more than it deserves. I went to a branch at opening and the 2 tellers were eating their breakfast at the window. They completely ignored me and continued until they were finished. They both cleaned up and took their trash to the back. When one came out I asked her to cash my check. She said nothing but when the other teller came out she passed my check to her. I asked them who was going to help me and the first just pointed to the one she passed my check to. They never said good morning, thank you or anything. I have never been to a bank with such rude employees. The manager was with a customer so I called and left a message for her to call me. Never happened. Send an email which was never answered. I have never had to deal with such a poor excuse for a vank."
