"Every time I go to this store they are understaffed and most employed are sluggish and slow moving. Maybe it is the environment or management. There is lots of capacity and customers just as there was Southside. How about putting some of your resources in current stores!! The store on Mall Blvd. is very large like a Walmart and all prices are higher. Good for you NOT THE CUSTOMERS!!"

"Absolutely horrible service. Always have to wait on prescriptions that were called in earlier in the day. Went tonight to get my prescription to help a very sore throat. Was told they had a question about the medicine prescribed. They didn't ask when they received the prescription and I just got off work. Doctors office is now closed and I have to wait until tomorrow to get prescription. My fault for using them after 3 previous bad experiences.. Never again."

"Went to fill prescription and the "pharmacist" said they did not have the medication and that they would not order it. Umm, aren't you a pharmacy? Who tells a customer they won't order a medication? Hopefully this post helps others avoid your business."

"Customer service needs to be improved - Cashier Beth was exceedingly rude and accusatory because she was having difficulty identifying 3 different types of pencils I was attempting to purchase for the back to school sale. I understand it is Senior day & a busy day for Kroger, but please train cashiers to be more astute about sale items & to call for backup when needed. I have shopped at this location for 15 years, but will not return. Publix is cleaner, staff is friendly and engaging, & it is closer to home."

"My favorite grocery store. They have a great selection of organic foods. They also have a great selection of gluten free foods. My son and my husband are gluten free and sometimes it's hard to find a lot of options for them. This Kroger always has what I need. The employees are really nice too."
