"Turn around don’t drown! A hair, yes a human hair was pulled from my mouth. A simple 2 person order. Fries were colder that is is outside. The sauces for our wings were non existent. Seems odd that it was paid for. The garlic parm wings taste like pure butter. For $50 I could’ve supported my local power company and made the ones from the local food lion."

"Placed an order at 8:10 and it’s now 8:50 and I have yet to receive my food. If there was going to be a wait they should’ve let the customers know. It seems like they prioritize door dash or to-go orders before the people that order in store. They young lady came to check our receipt after 15 minutes of us sitting here which led me to believe they forgot to start our order. And the bathroom was disgusting. I asked for an extra ranch and a young girl with long braids walked off talking trash, but her manager made her give them to me. I feel like an extra ranch was not that big of an inconvenience as a pregnant woman having to wait 40 minutes for 15 wings and fries. And then gave us old cold fries y’all should be ashamed. Will never come here again!!"
