"I’m a big fan of zaxby’s but this location needs a lesson of food quality. Our boneless wings had barely any sauce. The toast was hard from sitting under the heat lamp for too long and the fries were brown from being re dipped in the grease. They forgot to put forks in the bag so we stopped at the gas station and grabbed some."
"Five stars for the food, it is as expected and same as all Zaxby’s. The service is terrible and has gotten worse every time I’ve visited over the last year. Can’t blame the employees, there is a lack of management it seems. The drive thru now is order with a person then park in a side lot where they bring you your food. I’m currently parked in this side lot with 9 other vehicles and haven’t seen them bring the first order out. It’s been 20 minutes already, and I’m behind all of the other orders. May take an hour at this rate."
"i go here to get a zalad on my lunch break often & consistently they are good. in the drive thru i always get my utensils and dressing, if i sit inside it’s always clean. the people who work here are nice too."
"The service at this zaxbys has been terrible. We’ve lived in this area for 3 years and usually never had a problem but this past year (2023) they have just lost all value for customer service. Took 20 minutes for us to get our food and all the employees are inside dancing, giggling and staring at us through the drive through window. Do not recommend to anyone"
