"I have never posted a review before about anything but I feel this may help others avoid the nightmare of this agency. The other reviews about this person not returning calls is absolutely correct. If I could give less than a zero rating I would do so. I have been trying for two days to cancel my insurance through this agency. They will not even return phone calls from the insurance carrier who is currently unable to cancel my insurance without his approval, insane. Hoping by Monday Progressive will escalate this issue and cancel the policy if they still do not hear from the agent. Really sad businesses like this exist."
