"Ordered a package with the correct address and apartment number. Package was dropped off at the wrong apartment and the picture taken with the package had a completely different address written in sharpie over the label. Never received my package and have been trying to get in touch with customer service but keep getting directed to a robot."

"I went in to print and walked across the street for about an hour following. They called and had my car towed. There was maybe two other cars in the lot. It felt a bit egregious to me, I guess on some level their commitment to towing is impressive. Hopefully they're making money off the car tow scam because I will never be back to a FedEx location again. Please be careful."
