"My daughters dental journal has been rough, we were referred to repair work from another office, Brooke was amazing in the consultation. Dr Randy explained the procedure, not sure what happened with anesthesia, but he told my daughter “it doesn’t hurt” “stop crying” and “that’s enough” He did call to follow up which was nice and the repairs were completed. The front desk was great with insurance and billing. Overall we were satisfied"

"Dr. Randy was highly recommended by my general dentist to address the cavities of my 8 year old, who is autistic and very phobic of doctors, dentists, needles. Everyone that worked there was very kind, and my experience was good. Unfortunately, my daughters experience was not, and hers is the one that matters. She received her sedative cocktail around 8:15 am, and was taken to the back to have her cavities filled around 10am, as the sedatives were seemingly wearing off. She had been peacefully sleeping on the couch for an hour but was awake when they brought the wheelchair around the corner. Unfortunately, she was awake for most of the procedure, which I knew would be barbaric to her. Her arms and body were strapped down, and she had an uncomfortable wedge in her mouth. There were loud noises, needles, drills, and people staring into her mouth. I assumed they would make sure the was asleep for this, but her fear superseded the sedative cocktail and gas. She told me that they said things to her like "Stop being so silly" and "You're not being helpful". She was no doubt a difficult patient, but the team let their professionalism slip in their frustration and my child suffered for it. I can see how Dr. Randy would be great for many families, but this practice just didn't work for my family, and we'll go somewhere else next time."

"Dr. Randy and his staff have been awesome for our family. My son has a tongue and lip tie when he was born, and Dr. Randy performed his surgery. It was quick with an easy recovery for my baby. We have been seeing him since the surgery for the last 3 years. My 3 year old loves going to see Dr. Randy, and he always is quick, efficient, and kind. My son actually loves going to the dentist and brushing his teeth because of this amazing practice. I’m so thankful we found this place!!"
