"Sad who ever manages the store cannot staff it. The servers are always so nice but they are always by themselves and cannot handle the amount of people that come in. If you do not have 20 to 30 mins to wait I do not recommend. Also they always out of stock in something. Sometimes it’s literally barebones meat cheese and one bread type. It’s so disappointing when the people working are actually trying to serve but don’t have to tools or support."
"I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst Subway I have ever been to by far. They’re constantly out of ingredients, many times there’s only one employee working so you have to wait ridiculously long to get your food. Avoid this Subway at all costs. The Zaxbys right down the road is way better. Never have to wait an hour for my food there. And they’re never out of what I ask for."
"Came to subway at 7:40 the new hours say 10. We walked to the door and it was locked 2 employees were standing in there so we thought maybe they were just making bread or something. So instead of them coming to the door and saying we are closed they just turned the light off outside. Why can’t the subway ever be on the same page. There’s always a problem whether there isn’t anything in stock to eat or they close early every day."
"Subs built backwards.. ordered at 9:15pm, picked up at 9:30pm. By the time we got home the store was closed and we realized the food was completely wrong. Food was not salvagable, so we took pictures and tossed it. Went back today to get our food right and was called a liar by the gm, and refused to look at the pictures I took for proof.. As I waited she talked to another customer about how I was trying to get free food. Sorry no one wants a sweet onion buffalo ranch, or a pizza sub with marinara and sweet onion sauce.."
"Has to be one of the cleanest subways I have been in. The employees here are super nice. The food is great, the area where they make your sub is very clean. Easy to find location if you are in Washington, GA. The parking lot and outside was very clean."
