"I was charged twice for my prescription. I didn’t think to check my receipt because I was only picking up one thing. Evidently there system allows you to buy the same prescription multiple times in one transaction. I called and was rudely told I would have to bring the receipt back to them because they can’t issue refunds without me being there. The head pharmacy technician then proceeds to tell me that if I didn’t like their policy then I could go elsewhere. I have already transferred."

"When I have been getting me and my family's prescriptions filled for years and 99% I don't have a problem until yesterday.... I was picking up medication for my husband and myself and asked them to fill a prescription (controlled) for my 85year old whom can not be left home alone. When she looked it up she stated it's been 29 days and would not fill it until exactly 30 days even when I stated other pharmacist had filled it without a problem she then stated to me it was at HER discretion and resfused. So this isn't store policy and it isn't law so it basically looks like it depends on how she feels about you. A lot of people would see this as profiling and I'm sure Publix doesn't want that kind of reputation. As the motto goes "Publix where shopping is a pleasure". Definitely not on this day."

"So normally I have a great experience with this pharmacy, never a problem. This evening as I was dropping off an Rx for my cat’s insulin (newly diagnosed) I asked could I get a ballpark for how much it cost. The person with long red hair and freckles told me no. Then she asked how soon would like to pick up? I stated as soon as I can. She said ok it’ll be an hour. Her tone was not friendly. I normally receive a text this time I did not. So I drive to Chapin from Newberry go to the drive thru and she said can you verify your address…gave said address and phone, the said can you repeat the phone number again. I looked at her made eye contact and repeated my phone number AGAIN. Then she said can you repeat your phone number again. I stated ( at this point aggravated) I have given it to you twice already. So once again I looked directly at her and slowly repeated my phone number for the THIRD TIME. She gave me my cat’s insulin and said nothing. Not thank you or have a good night or do you have any questions. I definitely will go inside if she is at the window again. Low key rude."

"Extremely professional, super helpful, great people. They can get very busy but remain efficient. How this google page got anything other than 5 stars is absolutely bizarre. I've seen them remain professional and polite with angry, rude, disorderly people. Incredible patience. As a chronic Lyme disease patient, I see these people more than they'd like, and I can assure all- this is the best pharmacy around, I would encourage all to switch to Publix Pharmacy....Only thing I could say; I wish their hours were earlier/later, Appreciated, respectfully, Chris H"
