"Picked up 2 ham and turkey subs today. Got home and there was no turkey on the sandwich... only ham. I guess I'll have to start unwrapping them to check what's inside before I pull out of the drive thru."

"my husband and i picked up dinner on the way home tonight. we went through the drive thru instead of going in. the monitor was glitching and we had to restart our order. then my protein bowl was suppose to have some spinach (had none), some banana peppers (had none) and parmesan vinaigrette (barely could even taste). the ingredients were half chopped and thrown into the bowl. my husband and a sub. it was suppose to have chipotle ranch. (none). very disappointed. there were no customers inside. they simply did not take the time to do their job."

"Generally I have good experiences with subway but tonight we got the drive through and tell me why my sandwich looks like the tiniest little roll when I get home no meat on it barely and just straight trash bro hard bread no love or care put into making it. For the price it should be right. Disappointed. And I’ll let everyone know how this location behaves when people use their drive through. You wouldn’t have served me this hard bread if I was inside. Jerks"

"Went through the drive thru and ordered a large drink with my combo and was informed at the window that they were out of sweet tea and that they could substitute a bottled tea. And I agreed even though the drink was smaller and asked for a cupof ice. They then refused me a regular cup of ice and offered a 8 Oz cup only. Which isn't equal to what I paid for."

"Ordered in the Drive-thru where you tap on the screen to order and pay at the window. Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch with White American Cheese and Garlic Aioli Sauce. Everything was fresh and hot! Delicious and received the food fairly quickly as well! Great location and really friendly staff working."
