"We had an existing round spa that was 12 years old and needed replacing. Unfortunately, three-quarters of the exterior wall of the spa was enclosed in a 2 1/2" high brick wall that was exactly 77.5" in diameter. I figured finding a replacement might be impossible and we'd have to tear down the wall to accommodate a new one. Happily, after a Google search, we found Jim at Aquatic Spas of Hilton Head. Jim who represents several companies with round spas, found one with the exact dimensions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products he represented and was extremely helpful guiding us in the selection of the right features, colors and cover. A few weeks later, Joe came to our house and removed the old spa and hauled it away. Jim and Joe returned a week later and with much patience and some back-breaking effort, managed to lowered the new spa into place with no room to spare. Everything was hooked up properly and Jim carefully reviewed everything we needed to know about our new spa. Our total experience with Aquatic Spas was five-star all the way, far exceeding our expectations. Jim and Joe are really fun people and very experienced professional.
