"Warm and welcoming from the time you walk in the door. The people are friendly, everyone from reception, hygienists, dentist, checkout and everyone you meet in the hallway. They asked questions both dental related and on a personal level in order to get to know me better. They were very detailed and thorough when explaining what they were doing, how my dental care looked and what needed to be done. I felt important (even on the first visit) and my gut said I could trust them with my dental care and to not take advantage of me. (I can't say that about my previous office) To say I was pleased would be an understatement. I have never heard anything but GREAT things about this office and their staff (which is why I chose to switch to them) and now that I have been, I can say I highly recommend them!!"

"This was my first but definitely not my last visit to Southern Family Dental Group. It was a very welcoming environment from the minute I walked into the office until I left. Dr. Marshall very thoroughly searched for 2 cavities that my previous dentist said I had. (No cavities found!). Dr. Marshall took the time to explain his decision and his findings with me. The dental hygienist was very nice also. While I was very happy that no cavities were found, I was even more happy to be treated as a person and not just a number."
