I spoke to 1- unlicensed claims rep 1- very rude supervisor who condoned her behavior. 1- senior supervisor he still has not fixed the claim. 60+ days $5,000.00 damage and the car is still in the shop. RUN they will try to do defraud you! Call the Georgia insurance commissioner. Know you're rights! They have tried to intimidate me into getting my car fixed at their shop. I have threatened to not pay. Their driver was cited for failure to yield, it's on video. Tons of damage under my 2015 I bought new and had 15 months they want me to turn it into my insurance company so they can avoid paying."
