"I can’t say enough good things about Michael Tesseneer as an agent at Farm Bureau. He always makes sure my needs are met on time and keeps me in the loop of the best deals and coverage. I have multiple vehicles and motorcycles through Michael and will be covering a house and a shop soon. He makes a point to stay in contact with me and ensure that I’m satisfied with my coverage and pricing. There have been times I’ve added coverage or vehicles and Michael would’ve been able to make more money off of me, but he actually shot me straight and guided me through how he could get me the same or better coverage for less. This man got up at the crack of dawn to be at Krispy Kreme an hour away to buy dozens of boxes of donuts to hand deliver to clients both private and commercial. Who else does that?! I switched from another company and I haven’t regretted it one time.
