"New update: The new Staff is horrible. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Instead of calling my doctor and confirming my prescription, the pharmacist took it upon themselves to modify the amount of one of my medicines two months in a row. I tried explaining in a very nice way but I was pretty much cut off and told that I wasn't taking my medicine anyways; which I have no clue where that came from. I went back to my doctor, a new prescription was sent in and the pharmacy posted a message on my cvs account that per my insurance policy they would fill my medicine until 20 more days. The medicine is not a controlled substance and I've called my insurance company and they told me it could be filled if the doctor sent a new prescription, and that they have not blocked it from being filled; CVS pharmacist is making that decision. So, I had to go 20 days without medicine and now another 20 days without medicine. I've been doing business with CVS for over 17 years, but this is the last. I took my prescription, a copy to see what another pharmacy would have done and they would have filled it for three months not ten days. The prescription states the following: 1 Tablet three times a day as needed, 90 days. 1 x 3 x 90 = 270 CVS said they read it as 1 tablet three times a day for 90 days is 30 pills. Lord know what bubblegum machine spit out their degree."
