"This office is everything that I love about small, southern towns. Though I’m not originally from Americus, these folks sure do make you feel right at home. The friendly smiles you are met with when you first walk in and are greeted by Miss Phyllis and Miss Fredia set the tone for the entire staff. My very first appointment, Ali assisted Dr. Greneker with my initial work up to assess the damage and she was very diligent. Even though Dr. Greneker is my dentist, during this first appointment I noticed that Dr. Lou Riccardi and Dr. Alex both made it a point to come in and introduce themselves to me and even made time for small talk, despite a very busy office. I think we all know hard is it nowadays to find establishments to care enough to make this effort, so this was a big green flag to me. Lexie is my dental hygienist and she is pleasantly efficient at making me feel comfortable while sitting in her chair. I would recommend her for all ages. Dr. Greneker utilizes open and honest communication so you can work together to create the best plan for your dental health. He is good-natured and easy to talk to, and he will do his best to work methodically, addressing the most important issues first. While I had a couple more cavities than I would like to admit, Dr. Greneker never once patronized or belittled me for having them. He was encouraging and also passionate about educating me on how to better care for my teeth while acting promptly about fixing the caries. He loves to talk about his family and is always bragging on his wife, which again, points to how family oriented this office is. Burton has assisted Dr. Greneker for each of my visits and she is always eager to please, making sure to be attentive to your needs before, throughout and even after the procedure is complete. The South Georgia hospitality is impeccable and the professionalism is exemplary with each and every member of their team. I would gladly recommend this group and Dr. G to family and friends."

"The office is so clean and beautiful. The staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The hygienist are very good and very sweet. Dr. Riccardi has filled cavities for me and done veneers on my front facing teeth. I get complimented on my smile all the time!! Definitely made me much more confident! Dr. Alex has also filled cavities for me and did an incredible job. I took my little cousin to her and she is especially great with pediatrics! They both will help you with anything and everything, even if it’s a last minute request! Highly recommend this group!"

"Great staff and the best service! I had a problem with a tooth ache and turned out I needed a root canal. They got me in asap. Procedure was long but Dr. Alex did amazing! I have had zero problems since then, Lexie Greene was my dental assistant and she also did an amazing job and answered any questions that I had. Love the people and the sweet atmosphere!
