"We have been dealing with this store since May trying to get the right sand filter pump. This store is very unprofessional. The first pump we ordered never came with the sand filter and the owner came to my house because he said we did not know how to hook up the pump to filter. Came to my house to see that there was NOT a pump as I said, then claimed that I NEVER ordered a pump and argued with me in my yard about it. The guy ordered the pump we needed and took $60 off, waited two more weeks for delivery, got our pump that worked for 3 weeks. Now we have been trying to get a replacement with the warranty. They ordered a pump to powerful for my pool, sent that one back, and then they ORDERED ANOTHER PUMP TO SMALL FOR MY POOL. I am fed up and we will be calling Hayward to resolve this. I do not understand why it was so hard to just replace the same pump with a new one exactly like it. Our summer has been wasted waiting on these people to do their jobs right. I do not recommend this store, they are a waste of your time and money and obviously have no clue what they are doing as a business."
