"This place is the worst dental practice I have ever stepped my feet into and I am a previous military spouse and have been to several practices throughout to USA. I had to change practices due to my insurance not being accepted any longer at the office I had been going to for 12 years, and man was this a mistake to choose this place. My first experience was getting my teeth cleaned, and it was great. The gentleman that cleaned them was nothing other than professional and polite. I made a decision after this visit to have a tooth extracted and to start the process for an implant and it went down hill from here. I went in for color matching and to have impressions made so that when the extraction was complete I would have a temporary denture to fill the hole( this is one of my front teeth). The young dental assistant was very sweet and answered a lot of my questions and made me feel at ease about my decision. My next appt was scheduled for 2 weeks later and this is when the madness begins. I got the tooth extracted and the temporary that I waited 2 weeks for put in place, once I got to my car and look in mirror the shade was way off from my other teeth. I immediately went back in and told them I would need this fixed. They were offering to fix it the following Monday (this was a Friday), so not that I wanted to walk around all weekend looking a little crazy but I did understand. I ask them what time Monday would my new one be ready and this is when I was told I would have to leave the old one with them for a day and they would fix it. I ask why they just couldn’t make me a new one and I wear the old one until it’s ready, I clearly didn’t want to go without a front tooth, as they or anyone else would not want to either. The office manager(can’t remember her name) came over bc I ask to speak to her and she immediately told me she had heard the conversation and I was getting anything for free, excuse me I paid for a service and a temporary denture so I’m not asking for anything for free. Failure on y’all’s part to make it correctly shouldn’t inconvenience me. She was so unprofessional, this is just a tad bit of everything that she did and her body language and movements let me know right away this girl has anger issues. I ask to speak to the Dr that owned the practice and she told me good luck he was in Colorado and wouldn’t be back until Dec 3. I said ok just have him give me a call when her returns never got a call!!!! I did end up dropping off that Monday to have the color corrected. The color shade is ok for what it is, however the tooth is shorter than the other one and my original tooth was not like this, nor was the first one they made me. I figured it would no absolutely no good to even mention it. I went back at beginning of January for another 6mo cleaning in hopes that the owner was there so I could speak directly to him about my experience with his office manager. He was not there again that day and I was told by the hygienist she would let him k ow I would like for him to reach out to me, still NOTHING! 3 mos later!!! This office manager should be FIRED!! I would not want anyone in my business speaking to any of my clients the way she spoke to me. This is clearly what’s wrong with a lot of businesses and if we all don’t stand together and stop giving them our money it will only get worse!! Shame on the owner for operating this way, and if he is not aware of any of this hopefully he reaches out to me personally, I will update!! Christie Bradley Christie Bradley"

"Katrina at the front desk was very helpful with insurance and answered all of my questions. She was kind, patient, and provided me with all the paperwork I needed to make sure my claim was filed correctly. Dr. Rader went above and beyond. I have PTSD and anxiety with makes medical procedures more painful and difficult. He was so empathetic, caring, and thorough. I was able to have him do two large extractions with any additional anesthetic. He did not rush the procedure even though mine took extra time. I have nothing bad to say because he put my comfort and health at the top of his priorities while he was performing."
