"Very happy with the nice room. Front desk and breakfast people where wonderful. Nice breakfast. The shower door does he have a chip out of the bottom seal on the door that should be fixed because of water going into the bathroom, 428."

"Worst SpringHill Suites we've been too. The location is good but the customer service is so disappointing! The breakfast attendant was so rude and the front desk was so unprofessional! My mom got yelled at by the breakfast attendant, in front of many guests who were also having breakfast, because my mom got a yogurt for my daughter out of the fridge. She had no problem with the others doing it. My mom just followed other guests doing it but she only yelled at my mom saying that my mom can't do that without her permission. But others can? We really felt discriminated and humiliated. This is the first time it happened to us. She just ruined our vacation. The front desk was so unprofessional and was not helpful at all. Prior to writing this review I browsed to others and found out that this happened before to a guest with children as well. So if you have children this is not a good hotel for you. The breakfast attendant has something against children. The management should hire better employees. I commend the assistant manager for handling the situation to his best."

"When I walked in for check in, there was no one at the front desk. I said good evening to make someone aware that I was at the desk. The girl came from the back while talking on her cellphone. She didn't greet me with a Hello, good evening or how may I help you. Didn't bother to ask for my ID. She said, what is your last name. I provided it. She proceeded to check me in. As she was handing me the key cards she mentioned the room was on the first floor. I asked for a room on a different floor. She rolled her eyes but did put me on a different floor. Each time we left the property, went to breakfast or to the workout room, there was never anyone at the front desk. Other than lack of employee presence and quality customer service, the property is nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are several restaurants in walking distance. There are paved paths for cycling, running and walking. The beach is less than five miles away. Workout room was well equipped and spacious but didn't provide wipes to clean equipment after use. Breakfast was just ok."

"Upon arrival, nobody was on site to check us in. We waited downstairs for 30 minutes then had to call the hotel number to bring someone to check us in. Okay. Next morning went to the breakfast, looked like a decent spread but had 0 gluten free options for a hot meal. I'm gluten intolerant and here for work. Had a bowl of cheerios. The milk tasted funny so threw it out. Chocolate milk had chunks in it. All the milk is stored in a table top fridge and it's mildly cool. Warned the staff that the milk was bad. Coffee tasted old and burnt. Only saving grace was the hot tea. No laundry machines which was a bummer. Nice fitness center though."

"Upon check-in, we were asked if we would like housekeeping during our stay, and we said yes. When we got to our room we noticed that the bathroom door would not stay shut. It was a sliding door with a broken latch. The next day, we asked the front desk to have it fixed and they told us that they would take care of it right away. Housekeeping never came which was also a problem since we had to put towels under the door to keep it closed. We complained multiple times about these issues and nobody seemed to care. The door was never fixed and in our 5 night stay we only had the room cleaned and towels changed once. Overall a very disappointing stay."
