"Great resort with everything that you need. It is probably the nicest vacation club property In HH but the location may not work for everyone. Pools are great and the beach is great although it can be a bit of a hike if you’re not in the appropriate building. Room location matters depending on how you want to vacation. It also is one of the few with 3br availability which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. Bikes available on site so you can hit the trail easily. Great place."

"There really isn’t another resort I’d rather stay at while in Hilton Head than SurfWatch. The atmosphere and setting is just perfect. The entire property-all of the buildings, grounds, etc are kept so clean and neat. The Sea Salts beach bar is the best! The bartenders there are the nicest people who make amazing drinks. The food is actually phenomenal there too! The beach there is wonderful too. The activities offered(more often than not, free of charge) are great and offer fun for all ages. Can’t wait to come back next time!"

"The rooms are really good and the bathrooms are bigger than others. My wife says we can come back just for the shower with 5 heads. Ac works good. Can hear lots of noise from the room above. We visited in August which is supposed to be high season but it is very hot and humid. Yesterday it was 85 and raining. When it stopped raining still 85 and 90 percent humidity. So I thought fine, we will just hang out at the pool. But you can't really. The pools are not nearly big enough for the number of units. You have to reserve spots at the pool months in advance and they don't enforce any kind of turnover on chairs. The pool is so small one 12 year old practicing cannonballs covers half the pool. They do plan lots of activities but they are usually over crowded as well."

"Been visiting for years and always an incredible stay. I really appreciate the digital request tracking system the front desk utilizes that even sends a follow up note confirming you received your item. Things don’t seem to fall through the cracks like at so many other properties. 99% of the employees are extremely courteous and friendly. We love the easy access to the beach — much easier than in San Diego or most West coast beaches. Our favorite timeshare property on Hilton Head Island! Thank you!"
