"Just an incredible experience from phone to make an appointment to waiting room to actually seeing the staff in the back. So professional, kind, informed, and the areas are clean and neat. When my 5 year old tells me that she “loves everyone at the dentist office” and “it was fun” going to the dentist you know they are doing something right. They are out of network for our insurance but well worth the investment. And if a person needed to pay out of pocket, prices are very reasonable. The staff just went above and beyond."

"My children were traumatized by their pediatric dentist when they were younger. They’re teens now and this office has been incredible. I was afraid my kids would never be willing to go to the dentist after what they endured but Dr. Callahan and his entire team went above and beyond for them. Today my daughter had a tooth pulled. She was given a blanket to cover up with, everyone was extremely thoughtful and patient, and they had so many positive things to say to her! I’m truly thankful, and I highly recommend them. "

"My husband has been going to Dr.Callahan for a short period of time and they are never constant. He was supposed to get surgery and they sat it up in Athens with another dentist but never sent his information to them so he had to miss work 2 times without pay and they wouldn’t answer the phone either.He is paying for insurance but Dr.Callahan wasn’t in his net work, so he keep having to payout of pocket and the staff there failed to let him know.Now he has put down almost $900 for a procedure and decided to go to another dentist that’s in network but Dr.Callahan and staff will not reimburse his money and told him if he goes somewhere else the staff will not be nice to him.. Also Dr.Callahan hasn’t called him back to even discuss the issue. Also they are saying it takes weeks for them to give him his records. The staff I talked to was rude about the situation and refused to call him back. This dentist office needs to be shut down, how can you run a business and keep a reputation when this occurs frequently?"
