"Long but well deserved post.... First Just let me say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Issaqueena Pediatric Dentistry! My Boys both go there (14 years and 3 Years old) DR. Frye has taken care of my oldest since he was 4 years old. I don't leave reviews often (I tend to try to give my appreciation in person). However, today it is well worth the time. This week has been terrible for me very stressful. I am a full time nursing student, have children to take care of, and work at a doctors office my self so i know how hectic and busy it can be. Today I received the most gut wrenching news to put the icing on my week. Dr. Frye as always took the time to both educate me and address my worries (nothing new!). We get ready to check out and literally at this point I'm still a bit overwhelmed and to the point of tears when the receptionist (Heather L. is her name i believe) out of nowhere appears as my 3 year old who is full of energy takes off into a full sprint through the door. She stops him and begins to talk to him. Then turns to me and say come on ill help you. She kindly asks if i mind her holding him and after a yes picks him up without a second thought.....at this point ya'll are probably like whats the big deal right... The big deal is....I have been STRUGGLING all week mentally and physically (to put it mildly) and all i needed was a few minutes. You know a few minutes to get myself mentally and physical under control! While I got all the prep work completed for my son in preparation for his upcoming procedure; she entertained and showed him so much kindness the entire time. Not only that, while doing so she still answered any questions I had about the paperwork. She was professional but most of all she showed compassion. Often times we get, for lack of better terms so hell bent on being strictly professionals that we forget that its okay to extend a hand in matters of the heart! She could have chosen to be too busy, she could have chosen to do nothing. She didn't, she saw i needed help and she was my temporary lifeline in that moment. I didn't get a chance to tell her how much that meant to me. I don't want to tell the internet but to summarize it I have been feeling internally defeated. Today she gave me that extra wind to keep pushing and God grant and this message does not find her, I will tell her that. At the time I just couldn't find the words!!! I am so used to nobody noticing when i need help. Im use to being the help. The world truly does need more of her. Theres a lot of skill out there but to own both skill and compassion now that is a forever treasure!! Thank you Heather! If you want a place that is going to meet you where you are with zero judgement.... ITS ISSAQUEENA PEDIATRICS DENTISTRY!"

"Everyone was super friendly from front office to checkout! Dr. Frye has the sweetest chair-side disposition with the kids. This was our first visit and our 3 yro was a little nervous and curious of the unknown. Anna was our assistant and she was amazing! She gave her a small prize to keep her attention while Dr. Fry and I discussed the treatment plan. While waiting for checkout, Anna gave her coloring materials to help keep her busy as well! We left with a clear plan of action! I would highly recommend this office!"

"Spectacular experience. My little one is not yet 2.5 years old and this was her first dental experience. They made her feel welcome and excited from the moment we walked in. The facility is so much fun. She can’t wait to go back! Ha"
