"Amazing bike store! Fantastic selection of bikes and products. Bryan (owner) is a knowledgeable and skilled mechanic and just a good dude. Came in because my disc rotors were shot, Bryan not only remembered my name from having met a year earlier(!), he had the parts I needed and had me rolling and stopping again within the hour. The good service didn’t end there. Bryan took the time to explain how to properly seat-in the new rotors to ensure longevity and proper braking surface (something I had be told but had totally forgotten) as well as sharing a list of local trails for shredding. In the brief time I was in UBW I witnessed every customer that came through the door treated with the same level of courtesy, patience, and respect."
