"My one-star rating is solely based on the night manager's inappropriate and inconsiderate behavior on Sunday, 8-6-23, an experience I'd prefer not to disclose until contacted by Regional or guest services. Saturday night, I woke with itching on my left foot, thigh, and left arm. Upon discovering swelling and bite marks, we contacted the front desk for both the non-functioning remote and water heater. Housekeeping promptly addressed the remote and water issues. The manager assured us they would change the sheets, advising me to take pictures and follow up on Monday. After our event, I sought out management but found the front desk unattended. An older male housekeeper kindly informed me the manager had just arrived, so I waited for him. When he appeared, he rolled his eyes at guests in the dining room, expressing annoyance at the employee who had just clocked out. When I requested to speak with him, he questioned my presence in the dining area with a dismissive attitude. I explained our lack of awareness about the dining area closing time, to which he responded with a judgmental tone. Attempting to discuss my earlier incident report, he immediately assumed I sought a refund, defensively claiming their rooms are always clean. Throughout our conversation, he repeatedly claimed not to hear me, except when I decided to walk away, then suddenly he could suddenly hear me. His accusation that I sought reimbursement and belittling assumptions about his employee's diligence constituted the worst customer service experience."

"This hotel was not up to Hampton Inn standards. We had dirt in our floor and holes and stains on our sheets. I just think that's unacceptable when we paid $215 for a room that was no better than the super 8 for $69. I usually asked to see a room before I stay but since this was a Hampton Inn I didn't think that was necessary. The staff was very nice, especially one nice gentleman that was taking out the trash. He was very helpful in showing us where to park a trailer to keep it safe for the night. I will make sure I check every room before paying no matter the name on the door. If you expect clean rooms, bedding and floors, this is not the hotel for you."

"Very nice hotel. Everything was nice and clean, plenty of towels. Only complaint is the bed frame has wheels and until I got it pushed up into a corner I couldn't get my rhythm right, and had to keep chasing the Ole lady around the room."

"Rooms were big and very clean. I loved the glass showers. I wish they would have a Jacuzzi in all the king size rooms. For the price the view could have been better."

"This hotel is pretty new. Everything I saw during my short stay was nice. Room was extremely clean. Bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were better than at home. Breakfast was pretty standard. Very pleased."
