"The hotel was great. The handle to my bathroom did break, I called and maintenance was there right away. I also did not have shampoo in the shower, I called and it took them 30 mins. They did not come in to install it they left it on the carpeted floor outside. The room was okay and had a great view of the sunset."

"Paper thin walls. Bring your earplugs. As I write this I can hear the people in the room next door as though they are in my room. They aren’t being obnoxious — but it is no exaggeration that it feels like they are in my room. I can hear their convo word for word. Don’t stay here if you if value your privacy or can sleep through having extra guests in your room. UPDATE: Contrary to the boilerplate response to this review, the general manager told me this morning “there is nothing we can do” to make up for the terrible experience. No credit for a future stay, no reimbursement, nothing you might expect from a reputable brand. It seems the service is as paper thin as the walls."

"The room was average, about what you'd expect. The highlight of our stay was Christa, the bartender. She was wonderful. As fellow winelovers, she let us a do a little blind tasting of several bottles so we could choose one to take to our room. We ended up chatting for 30-45 minutes and had a great time. If I was the manager, I'd raise her wages because people like Christa don't come along often."

"I had to wait 3 hours to get into my room. A third party made my reservation in the wrong Hilton. I was changed for both hotels. This third party mess should not be used. Once I got checked in the hotel my stay was above average. Excellent front desk staff. Good restaurant and bar service. Medium prices for a 4 star."

"Great facility and staff. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable with multiple pillows to choose from. The bar has a great selection of drinks and the bartenders are great. All of the staff members seem to care about their jobs and their customers. Great place to stay"
