"First I would like to say the rooms are beautiful, large and 5 stars for cleanliness. The staff not to friendly. The breakfast horrible, the grits wasn’t done, the person making my waffle walked away to do something else as I stood there waiting she never came back to give me my waffle, finally someone else walked up to assist. I am on the fence about rebooking at this hotel."

"We stayed at West Ashley, a short drive to Kiawah Beach. We love the hotel is very spacious with good size refrigerator and microwave. There's also a nice sitting area and the bathroom and shower is super nice. Breakfast is good with courteous servers. Also very pet- friendly! Overall experience with this hotel is great!"

"A fantastic hotel stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Everything was very new. I slept really well. Digital check-in worked great, I never even had to stop at the desk. Tons of convenient parking. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed one night in August 2023."
