They are EXTREMELY poor communicators (Definitely among the worst you will ever experience) It is nearly impossible to set an appointment with Paul Ferrara because when I call, Tina (the receptionist) always gives me the run around. THEN, when I was finally able to schedule a meeting this guy doesn't even show. In my case he did not call. They lie and tell you that that they did call yet they have no paper trail (Texts, Voicemails etc.) to back their claim. I honestly don't know why no one hasn't reported them to the bar association for failing to fulfill their fiduciary duties. If you want to avoid a headache I advise all to find another law firm.
