Kevin was friendly and helped me understand how the different parts of my bike worked. He gave me tips on riding and how to keep my bike in good condition. "Excellent customer service is alive and well at Resource Cycling. I recently rode my wife's bicycle to get new tires put on at Resource Cycling. I was greeted and attended to by Kevin , who promptly gave me a quote for replacement of the tires and labor costs. I was ready to get a claim ticket for the bike when Kevin said he would do the job while I waited to save me a return trip to pick up the bike. Bravo, it's great to see a business that is thinking of you as a customer and treats you like they care. I will recommend your services to all who ride ."
"Great bike shop! Kevin did a great job helping me adjust my bike and getting my rig dialed in. If you’re local or riding the Erie Canal trail I definitely recommend resource cycling. Also a bike path leads directly to the back of the shop . No need to approach from the road ."
