These drop boxes accept a variety of packages, from FedEx Express envelopes and boxes to your own packaging with a FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size are accepted at this location. Drop-off times vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended hours and Saturday pickup options.

To use the drop box, create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package before bringing it to the drop box. Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location.

If your package is too large for the drop box, you can bring it to a nearby FedEx location. FedEx also offers packing and shipping services at nationwide FedEx Office locations, as well as FedEx Ship Centers with late hours and cutoff times. Hazardous goods can also be shipped at select locations.

"Almost impossible to find this drop off box. You have to go through number of hallways, then, take the elevator down, go through more hallways. I was able to ask people for help. Finally, I located it. Terribly inconvenient for the public."
