"I got my skates in January with temporary blade mount to test them on ice. Later I reach out to them for permenant mount and after a few message exchanges, I never hear back again. Fast forward 7 months and I finally had to pay someone else to mount the blades, and then I realize the screws of the temp mount were drilled too much and never smoothed out. I have been having pain after each skating session and never suspected this to be the cause. I had to reach out to Skate US to finally force them to contact me, which was too late as I am relocating to some other place. When I bought these skates, I didn't expect being haunted by the consequences for seven months to come. Very DISAPPOINTING customer service. Beware when you deal with them and try to reach out to Skate US for proper communication."
