"Extremely disappointing. Paid over $100 to participate in an escape room for my daughter’s birthday and we received no direction on how to proceed with the room. The “Game Masters” were in the lobby during the duration of our room talking with other people, not available to help. Would definitely NOT recommend this place if you are looking for a great escape room experience."
"Visited this location looking to have some fun and it was not good. I will admit, Rose, did a great job getting us set up after the first young man disappeared. We started out good but after about 30 mins we buzzed for a hint and didn’t get anyone. We waited a little while but eventually my wife had to leave the room to find someone. Once it was over no one was around when the door opened and again we had to find someone. Money wasted."
"I've played many different "escape room" video games, but this was the first time I had the opportunity to do a live game. It was MARVELOUS! The game isn't so hard that two people cannot solve it (though, admittedly, we didn't), but it presents enough of a challenge to keep a person interested. I will definitely try it again!"
"It was very hot with no AC in the building , and with all the gear on, it was hard to relax to have fun. They did have water for everyone at the end. There were not enough things to break, and the variety was lacking. By lacking, I mean it was mostly glass tea cups in our bin. We did have a TV, and we were allowed to connect to Bluetooth to play our music preference. If I tried this again, it would be in the cooler months, and I would try the painting."
"When an escape room boasts about the low success rates, it should be a red flag. We had 2 puzzles that wouldn't work properly. We played the piano correctly according to our hint but the door didn't open. Then a lock had the correct code but wouldn't open, and our attendant said "yeah that happens sometimes". How can you have a known issue with a puzzle and ignore it? Finally, we were inputting the door code in the last couple second of our game, and instead of giving us 5 more seconds to escape, she opened the door in my husband's face. Will not do these escape rooms again."
