"Hours are incorrect. They are not open on weekends to collect packages though FedEx says otherwise.. They did not respond locally or national fed ex about holding a package as I was out of town for a week. FedEx claimed they would attempt a second delivery and did not. I came back early from a trip to collect package and they were not open when they claimed they would be."

"Who ever is actually doing the delivery service from this company needs to reevaluated. First time an attempted delivery was made this person didn’t even knock at my door or ring my door bell. I heard rustling outside of my door and when I went to go check the driver was already pulling away and I tried to flag him down in which he stopped his truck looked at me and kept driving. He then didn’t even place my “sorry we missed you” tag on my door. It was on my utilities closet next to our front door. The second attempted delivery this person did the exact same thing after a note was left to ring the door bell so we knew when they arrived. We caught the driver in time before he pulled away and he just tossed our package to us and didn’t even ask for a signature which was the whole reason why we didn’t get the package to begin with. Your job is to deliver packages the least you can do is ring the door bell to let someone know you’ve arrived at their house. Appalled at this lack of care and customer service."
