"I was at this UPS location for an Amazon return and was turned away because the store Clerk refused to take the package. I then went to another UPS location and they took it. When I went back to speak to the manager, the manager was very defensive of her employee (I guess that is a good thing) and failed to listen, understand, and address my concern. When I asked why other place took my return, her answer was “other people don’t follow the rule, and we always do the right thing”. I guess this UPS location is the magic place where people love their job and don’t make mistakes. In any event, I will not visit this location in the future, and just want to share my experiences here. Use Kohl’s location for your Amazon return if it is available. It is much easier."
