"I'd give zero stars if it was an option. CDL sent me a notice they delivered my package for prescription glasses from Warby Parker. I rushed home and when I talked to my roommates who were home at the time they said they didn't receive anything. I ended up asking every person in the apartment complex what was going on and no one saw anything. Then I tried to call CDL last mile solutions and no one answers the door. I live in Manhattan so i'll visit their offices today. Now I see other people have had similar problems with grifters Warby Parker and CDL. I never had a problem with FedEx or UPS and those guys leave a note on the door if there was a delivery attempt and no one was home or someone else took possession. I see the positive reviews here and believe they are likely to be fraudulent. It shouldn't be this difficult to get my order delivered to my house. When will Amazon, Apple, Warby and others stop using this company for deliveries. This company is terrible at delivering."

"I agree with most of the review, the efficiency is awful, I ordered stuffs from Office Depot and it took them 3 days to deliver from Northern New Jersey to New York City, and they keep changing the delivery date, from Tuesday to Wednesday, then from Wednesday to Thursday. I gave them 3 stars because of their customer service, especially one of the gentleman(extension 315) I spoke to is extremely nice, understanding and efficient rather than other representatives that make you wait 10 minutes and help you nothing. When I talked to him about I had not receive my parcel for 3 consecutive days, he attempted to contact the driver and the driver didn't answer his call, so he told me call him back 10 minutes later. But he called me back less than 5 minutes later and told me the driver will deliver it today and he apologize for the terrible service, so that's something I found comfort while this delivery company made me felt angry and anxious. But anyway, the shipping efficiency really need to be improved! And I would stay away from this company because of their terrible delivery service until they can honor they promise on the delivery date, and if they are not capable of deliver the parcel as they advertised online, they should let the customer know and give the exact and accurate delivery date instead of providing an inaccurate and over exaggerated delivery time they are not able to achieve."

"Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Expected 1 day delivery, package from Fragrancenet to be delivered on 1/3/18, still have not received my package, now on day 5, 1/8/18. Will not provide a reason as to why it’s not being delivered, repeatedly being told that it’s pending delivery and that it hopefully will be delivered tomorrow. Answers emails quickly, but will not answer the phone. I can’t believe a company can operate like this. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Edit: 5 full days, no package. Emailed company, explaining that I was upset about this, and have not received a response since. Columbus is now ignoring my emails and consistently ignores their phone calls."

"I was supposed to receive a Hello Fresh delivery from this company two Mondays in a row. First Monday I called and the man I spoke with told me he would find the driver with my package and have him call if he felt lost or if he was running behind. I received no call back, the box never arrived that Monday and was then later delivered Tuesday afternoon to the wrong address. I was credited by Hello Fresh for a shipment the following Monday (today). It is now 7:40pm, no box, and I cannot get in touch with the company. I've tried calling and it keeps on ringing and transferring me back the automated service. Not only did this occur two weeks in a row, the company never reached out about the package sent to thr wrong address. I'm extremely displeased and would strongly urge all people considering this company to look elsewhere."

They always follow up to make sure they are providing us with great service. Everyone that we have dealt with at Columbus has been helpful. We truly appreciate the service they provide us with.
