"Great food. Server started out good, but got busy understand on a Friday night. However it doesn't take long to glance at a table as you walk by or just check. We were passed up several times. Needed another waiter to assist. Aside from that everything was perfect. Leftovers were even better the next day."

"This is a fantastic Lexington local Japanese restaurant. It is not hibachi, but they have all of your typical Japanese fair as well as incredible sushi. You can’t go wrong with the Ganbei rice, or any of their sushi rolls. On the weekends at dinner time it’s typical they would have a wait, but during lunch or outside of dinner rush, you’re normally seated very promptly by a friendly hostess, and the services are always well-informed and attentive. Good place to bring a date as it does have somewhat of a romantic field. If you like sushi, definitely give Ganbei a try."

"I had the hibachi chicken. I honestly can say it was the best I ever had. The kids had "the Ship". It was designed to feed 4, I would agree. It came with 4 soups and 4 salads, also. Would be perect for a family or 2 couples on a double date. The sushi was hit or miss. Some they loved, some they didn't care fore. The tempura was a heavy batter and fried extra crunchy. Overall, a good meal and experience. We will be back!"

"We came here to get some sushi and try the restaurant for the first time. From first impressions the dining area was clean, and pristine. It's nicely decorated and provides a really nice atmosphere. Perfect for a date! Our server Matthew made sure to cater to our every need, and was very friendly. We ordered drinks, which he made himself..and they were amazing. The FOOD here is delicious! It's definitely worth the price. I could tell that the sushi was made from high quality ingredients, and that this restaurant really cared about the presentation, a d It's customers!!
