"This Starbucks is normally good with the occasional long line, but @MANAGEMENT PLEASE get awnings that cover the ordering station and the area where you pay/pick up your orders in the drive thru. No one likes to be drenched when ordering coffee or getting soaking wet coffee, food, arm, car interior and phone. Please. Thank you."

"Ordered the pineapple paradise as usual and today I get all almond milk and brought it back on break because I waited in line over 10 min and was late to work. When I got it and looked at it I said I would just bring back and then when I came back on break the lady at window told me I had to stop at box and because a paying customer was behind me I had to go back around like my money isn’t good enough when I was a paying customer this morning. I have had an issue almost every time I come to this location and this the last time I’ll be coming. Then after she came me the new drink she said here you go and walked away, very unprofessional and rude. They are already not friendly"
