"Stayed at 497. Condo was not ready at 4:05. Cleaning ladies still there. Couldn’t get in until 4:45. No one at Hilton vacation rentals ever call you back or email you back. Beds have no mattress covers just a sheet on a raw mattress not very sanitary . Upstairs bathroom mold around the air vent. Room with 1 double bed, as a queen mattress on a box frame. Mattress is very uncomfortable, sinks in the middle. Very disappointed. Especially since no one calls you back to talk to you or to apologize. Will not book with Hilton head vacations again."
