"My package has been sitting in the Newburgh location for 2 days with no explanation. Every time I try to call all I get is their horrible automated service. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. If it wasn’t a Christmas gift I probably wouldn’t be this upset. But the fact that it was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd and hasn’t even been attempted with no excuse is what’s frustrating. I hope I never have to go through this company again."

What is the purpose of PAYING FOR A SHIPMENT to have it delivered to your home and they don’t deliver your package and then they expect for you to go way out of your way to go pick it up!! "My package was attempted to be delivered at 6:32am. Then went to exception. Have to review cameras but didn't have a note or slip that was left and 630am for a delivery? My package isn't eligible to be held at terminal either. From now on all my business needs I will request shipper to not ship fed ex."
