"Trailer marker light on fender needs to be replaced. It made the night driving difficult to see the trailer out the mirrors.The trailer jack needs work as it is extremely hard to operate. Stephanie took care of my needs and hooked the trailer up perfect. Very friendly, professional and was fast with the transaction. The store and parking lot are extremely clean."

"Location rips customers off and charges a fake insurance even after you paid for it with your online reservation. The woman that answered phone was very rude and kept calling me honey. When I said I would call corporate because I knew we got ripped off she said " good call corporate " in a very rude and aggressive manner then hung up on me. Also the truck smells like animal piss. Don't rent from this location!!!!!!!!!! And to top it off I just got to north Carolina and the trailer tire just blew And the other tires are terrible. I've been on side of road for an hour waiting for roadside assistance."
