"We rented a villa at Shipyard for two weeks. Booking through Sunset Rentals was very easy as was picking up the check in package. We were very pleased with the unit. We had some minor problems which Sunset timely rectified. We did let them know of a few issues we felt could improve the quality of the rental and were very open to our suggestions. "Wonderful stay in Hilton Head for our 39th Anniversary, and brought our 3 year old Maltese for his 1st trip to the beach. The condo was sparkling clean and decorated beautifully. Additionally, there was an Ample supply of bath towels which is almost never the case! We would absolutely book with Sunset Rentals again … wonderful communication and easy checkout procedures!"
"Have used Sunset Rentals for many years for Hilton Head properties. The best! I use no one else. All of their rentals are excellent and no surprises. This year we rented in Folly Field. The back deck overlooks a good size lagoon. Lovely! The property was beautiful and just perfect! Great location. Will be back again."
"We love HH and have been coming for 25 years. This year we rented Beachwalk 140. It was just OK. We are a grilling family and the electric grill blew a breaker every time it was used while stove/oven was on. Another concern was the patio door was in very poor condition, super loud. It also did not lock. There was an added lock added but was difficult. The cleanliness of the unit upon arrival was not the greatest, but hey it’s the beach! Lots of pet hair in corners and under furniture, but hey, it’s pet friendly! Beachwalk is looking a bit sad but that isn’t Sunsets fault. The parking lot is in need of repaving. We will rent through sunset again. I will definitely look more closely when booking though. Thanks for smooth check in . Until next year"
