"This vacation home was beautiful!! The fact it was in a gated community was also amazing. You had horse trails for a fee, you could visit the light house, the boardwalk and shops, go kayaking, bike riding or a simple walk. Carolina coffee crumbs was one of the best coffee spots with beach blanket coffee that was to die for (it's an alcoholic beverage) Also Georgia was 1hr away which was beneficial. Staff was very nice and was available if needed."

"The staff was friendly , helpful and efficient. The condo was clean and beautiful and fit our family of 6 plus our pets very comfortably , the neighborhood was beautiful and very close to everything we needed. The only thing we struggled with was entering the code to unlock the door. That took some patience but we loved our stay there and wished we could have stayed longer."

"We LOVED our stay at Hilton Head Cabana 29! First, the condo is in a GREAT location! Only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach and a 10-minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and food. We were also able to walk to a bike rental location that was really close so that we could ride around the island one day. I thought the price of this condo was very reasonable for this location. Second, the condo itself is really great. It's decorated nicely with a beach theme. We loved the beds, they were adjustable and came with remote controls to adjust the mattress exactly how you want it. The smart TV's were great. The kitchen had everything you would need along with nice appliances. They even gave us a starter set of dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The pool was great and right off the patio area that had a nice grill and some chairs to relax. I loved that the condo had a washer and dryer...made unpacking when we got home so much easier! It was nice that they had a couple beach chairs and extra beach towels and my kids couldn't stop talking about all the soft blankets around the condo. I would definitely stay in this condo again! Third, TurnKey was very responsive and helpful. When we booked the condo, they gave us a phone number right away and we were able to text them 24/7 with questions or concerns. For example, I wanted to confirm that the pool would be open when we arrived and they responded very quickly with that response. Also, when we got there the garbage from the previous renters was still in the bins outside. I reached out to Turnkey and that same day, they had someone come out and empty the garbage and recycling bins. I will definitely use TurnKey in the future. It's just nice to have a 24/7 contact when you're staying at a condo. Hilton Head is a fabulous vacation destination and this condo is in perfect location to enjoy all that HHI has to offer:)"

"Turnkey was easy and totally on line, which I love! They left very detailed emails on our stay. I would gladly book through them again. This unit 1214 Beach city Hilton Head SC has been recently remodeled and was very nice. The rest of the building could have used some regular upkeep though. Cleaning looked good on the surface but when looking for a toy under the sofa there was tons of dirty and trash. Had a roach on the patio door but did not see Evidence of them anywhere else. Pest control has came almost two months prior to our visit. The unit 1214 was decorated in a very nice modern motif. Washer and dryer was new and the on line photos had not been updated to reflect this. However; Turkey posted that check out was 10 am. The house keeping lady started knocking on our door at 9:15 and stood outside our door until we left! How rude! I paid for that last hour!"

"TurnKey went above and beyond with any concern we had. Even changing out air filters and vents before our arrival at mere mention we had a family member with asthma. I give them an AAA+ rating! The unit in Harbour Town we stayed in was fantastic!! Had everything we needed and convenient to everything in Sea Pines! I would look for a TurnKey rental for any stay in the future!"
