"My husband came to Chris' with his 2001 R1. The bike belonged to a brother who gave it to him before he passed away. After nearly 15 years of sitting, it was in pretty rough shape. He called Chris at his shop hoping he would be willing to accept the challenge of getting it running and road worthy again. He was reluctant at first, but when my husband explained the back story and that he had already accumulated most of the replacement parts, he accepted. My husband dropped the bike off at a low point in his health, having just been diagnosed with cancer. His hopes were to get the bike fixed and go on a celebration ride with another friend battling cancer when they got better. My husband beat his cancer but his friend got a terminal diagnosis. I asked if there was any way Chris could expedite getting the bike fixed. Chris delivered in a big way!! A piece of my husband's brother lives on and he gets to take that ride with his friend, thanks to Chris' efforts and dedication to competing such a time-consuming and frustrating task. "I was having an issue with my jet ski and a friend told me to take it to Chris. I called him and told him of my problem. He stated that he was full up, but took the time to question me as to what my jet ski was doing. He told me what he thought the issue was (an issue I could take care of myself). He said if the fix he suggested didn’t resolve the issue to call back and he’d work me in. His solution fixed the problem. That is great customer service. I’ll use his shop for all future issues."
