"This is our first and LAST time using Hull Barrett. It is almost impossible to get a response. We paid a $1500 retainer fee to never get a response. Hull Barrett has not reach out once between November and now. We have had to send email after email to try and get in touch. I eventually had to go into the office myself to try and get in touch only for the receptionist to go back and speak with the attorney and then return and say "she said she emailed you back an hour ago". The attorney did not even have the decency or professionalism to come update me herself. We started the probate process of another property 2 weeks after this one with a different attorney in the area and have been updated frequently on the process and are clear to close in 4 weeks. We have purchased over 16 properties in the last year and this is our first time ever encountering this with an attorneys office."
