"I purchased seat covers from Katzkin. Dealer Electronic Service, was the contractor installer. What should have been a smooth and professional job ended up being a disaster. They damaged my truck’s dashboard in several places. To add insult to injury they attempted to repair it with some cheap spray paint and some heating object. They obnoxiously denied any fault. A different note, which is a fault of my. I left some personal items in the center console. These items were removed. I know I won’t recoup those valued items. Katzkin had agreed to pay for the repairs to my truck’s dashboard. Dealer Electronic Service was rude and irately unprofessional."

"These folks are amazing. They installed GM Camera's on my Truck for towing a large 5th wheel RV and they did a great job and you would never know they had to take the dash and doors apart to do it. The truck was left in perfect order. Additionally, since the install we've had a quirky problem with one of the Camera's and they were all over it and had it fixed in no time. They were frankly a breath of fresh air when it comes to working with people that work on your vehicle."
