"I BOUGHT A PERSONALIZED TRAY AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL ON TIME AND FRESH AND THE CAKE WAS AMAZING. WHICH I WAS SURPRISED SINCE IT WAS A LAST-MINUTE ORDER. WILL DEFINATELY ORDER AGAIN."
"Their venue is run by the same management and I just need to let people know how horrific it is to work with these people. It was a nightmare from start to finish. I set up an appointment to view the venue and the owner didn’t even bother to show up. No apologies and she didn’t care. Despite this we decided to book which was stupid on my part and a lesson to be learned. We book the place and leave a deposit. WEEKS later she calls me to TELL me that my date needs to be changed. So your deposits don’t matter. Takes her weeks to give me a receipt for the change and she only did so because I asked for it. No discount offered. Then days before the event she calls me to inform me that bar tenders are now mandatory and they don’t provide ice because “it’s not beneficial to us” Gorgina. So save yourself and avoid any business under these people’s management t because they’re an absolute nightmare to work with and do not care about their clientele."
"This business has changed so much. I miss the business or owners when they started in St.Nicholas. Now and days they have no communication at all and very unprofessional for a customer service oriented business. I have made several orders and mostly every time i had to ask and harrased at what time i needed to pick up my order or have it delivered. I asked for a specific color and items and when i get there, it is completely different things. If they dont have a color they should contact the person and arrange something. Never even asked me what flavor cake i wanted for my daughter . I called and is like you calling somebody personal they dont say good afternoon this is princesos how can help you. Completely different owner and needs to learn from the past one."
