"A dear friend passed this week. We were going to use our local florist but walked out. Decided to try The Total Event as recommended by funeral home. Frank was so nice & accomodating to us as we wanted to substitute a specific flower/color in arrangement. His shop is Awesome & the Valentines decorations, etc were unbelievable. "I received a bouquet from a friend for my birthday but the Gerbera daisies were all wilted. I spoke with the manager and not only did he replace my entire bouquet but he added a box of chocolates and a couple of extra daisies. He was extremely thoughtful and understanding."

"I sent flowers from our staff to two teachers that are currently in the hospital. I was able to get same day delivery and the flowers are absolutely gorgeous!!! These are one of the “basket full of wishes” standard sized arrangements. (Two different views). They exceeded my expectations and put a smile on my colleague’s face.
