We always get such a nice greeting and they make us feel like family. We always order the same thing, so they know exactly what we want without even asking. "Updating my review: from 1 start to 4 John called me to apologize for the way his employee had interacted with me. I explained that I had consumed the fruit the very next day, not two days later, and that I had only contacted Edible Arrangements to share my experience, not to request a refund or credits. John also reached out to the party who had sent the gift and rectified the situation. I would like to add that Jaz was a pleasure to work with and truly understands customer service. She should be an example for future hires. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ original post: "I'm sorry you feel this way, everyone else is happy"?! This was the response from the manager at this location. We received a fruit basket which we didn't open until the next day and once we started to bite into the fruits, they were mushy, overripe and lacked flavor. The managers response was, you should have eaten them the very same day. Really? Please don't trust the positive reviews they may have forged from personal contacts, the manager was absolutely disrespectful and was not concerned about delivering a quality service/product. Oh and her words, "make sure you read the label, it says to consume the fruits immediately upon arrival". The combination of poor product quality and inadequate customer service reflects poorly on your brand. I believe that the way a company handles such situations is a true test of its commitment to customer satisfaction, and in this case, your company has unfortunately fallen short."
