"Knew the immediate details and timeline of my situation. Had a week to tell me that he could or could not represent me. Said they were busy and that was that. Not even the professional courtesy to let me know that they couldn't fit it in their schedule and left me with less than 24 hours to respond to a demand letter. I don't expect the world from people, and I know things happen, but saying you don't have time for an entire week to let me know via a 5 minute phone call or 2 minute email that I need to seek other council is unprofessional."

After watching my ex (who does not have a college degree much less a law degree) win against Mr. Cole and constantly chasing down basic info and waiting weeks or months to get a reply, I can say that Mr. Cole has the ability to file documents that his clients do not have unless they act on their own behalf instead of wasting their time and money at Cox and Cole."
