"I’m constantly complaining about Walgreens Amityville Pharmacy staff. By fat the WORST. And my plan only allows this location and its a shame. They do not know what their doing. I ordered a refill through the app, mind you I have two refills left and i receive an alert to call the pharmacy. The Pharmacist says you need a refill from your Dr office. I said NO i have two refills. She stated OH WERE SORRY, it will be ready in a half hour. MIND YOU THIS IS ALL THE TIME. Smh hate using this location. Its so sad"
"I am so disappointed in this pharmacy. I have medical problems and need the drive through and it has been closed down for weeks. I try to call pharmacy to ask when drive through will reopen and they keep you on hold a very long time then when it is your turn you are disconnected. I called the stores manager and was told"sorry cant help you I have nothing to do with the pharmacy" I am beyond frustrated."
